Some people think I’m absolutely crazy…

Some people think I’m absolutely crazy… maybe I am, and I’m GLAD!!

Crazy because I don’t pitch when I offer a free coaching session.

Crazy because I don’t “promote” myself as much as I could, or maybe “should.” 🤔

Crazy because I’m so unattached to the outcome yet attached to making a huge difference in people’s lives.

This goes against A LOT of what I have been taught, in the journey of coaching…

And I could have probably 5 x the monetary income I have made, yet it wouldn’t feel congruent.

And THAT is what’s MOST important for me… Coming from a place of integrity. 💯

I’ve never been one to:

– Offer a coaching session and then spend ½ of it talking about my programs. 🙅‍♀️

– Send messages with the main intention of getting a sale or new client.

– Do a “hard close” on a sales call…

– Charge in USD even though I’m based in Australia (another strategy used as a way of banking more…doesn’t sit well with me but that’s just me…)

INSTEAD, over the last 2.5 years I have spent my time in business and impact:

– Building genuine relationships with people.

– Offered free coaching sessions to give people an experience of what it’s like to work together and connect more deeply with their deepest truth, goals and desires.

– Helping people to uncover limitations/beliefs that they had NO conscious awareness of until we spoke…

After looking over all the clients I’ve worked with to date, more than ½ of my clients have come from either referrals, or offering a free session, and THEY are the ones saying

“I want to work with you… What does that look like?”

or

“How can I work with you, I want your help with this, how much do you charge?…”

Up until now I thought I didn’t have a “process” … but the reality is, I do, I just didn’t realise it…

1. Build genuine relationships

2. Add value, and help people via sharing content, information, VALUE that speaks to their heart and soul. (Do live videos so people can really get to know who you are)

3. Offer coaching sessions – this helps you to develop relationships, your ability to provide rapid transformation AND changes lives!

4. Share RESULTS and testimonials of how you’ve helped your clients to transform their lives!

5. Keep showing up and be CONSISTENT. (This last one is key, and what a lot of new coaches don’t do…)

An amazing client of mine recently shared with me… “Chrissy this is why I decided to work with you, because I knew on that call (one call I offered to give free of charge, even when she offered to pay me and I said no) … then at the end of the call, she said I wanna work with you, how much is it. She said I knew in that moment you were genuinely wanting to help me, and THAT’S WHY I wanted to work with you.” 🙏🙏🙏 my heart warmed when I heard this! ❤️

There are many people who will tell you all of the strategies to follow, and whilst they’re helpful and good…

My formular is to build relationships every day.

HELP your clients, and potential clients to see well and truly BEYOND themselves, and their limitations.

Keep showing up, first for yourself, and then for everyone else. Keep working on yourself, enjoy the process, and keep being real.

The right people will come to you.

And ONLY when you keep showing up, will they come to you and say…

I know you, I trust you, I like you and I wanna work with you because I KNOW THAT you can help me…how do I pay?

BUT FIRST – HELP THEM.

Take the road less travelled.

Be the leader.

Don’t just talk, LEAD, DO, FOLLOW THROUGH.
